Free Training for Sole Mates!

Welcome Sole Mates! We are looking forward to seeing you on Race Day, at the 4th Annual Shoes & Brews and Lefthand Brewing Sole Mates 5k & Brew Fest, on November 4th!

We are very excited to be working with Shoes & Brews this year to provide FREE PERSONALIZED 5k TRAINING PLANS to all Sole Mates runners. RunLife’s mission is to help runners get faster, healthier, and smarter by providing personalized training as well as healthy living tips and statistics to help prepare you for a great race day! So let's get started!

This is a 6-week program. It officially begins Monday, September 25th. Don't worry if you miss the start--it's pretty safe to jump in anytime. RunLife’s holistic approach will benefit runners of all levels, at any point in their training.

To create your plan, sign up to run the Sole Mates 5k, or just click "Get Started" below and fill out the runner assessment. Our software takes over from there, generating your custom plan for you. Once you load your plan, we recommend printing it, bookmarking it, or copy/paste-ing the URL somewhere, so that you can refer back to it over the coming weeks.
